An information graphic for Hermes

The delivery giant Hermes approached me and asked if I could create an information graphic for their website. They wanted all aspects of their supply chain to be equally visualized: Sourcing, Testing, Logistics, Warehousing, FULFILMENT, eCommerce, 2-man handling, delivery and Installation.

I got back with several questions about potential hierarchies or a certain order – and convinced them that a tiny bit of humor would not hurt but help. Small details such as the micro-forklifts would make people smile and therefore, hopefully, make them remember the content of this chart.
